SD Worx Jobs is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde operator blaasextrusie voor een innovatief productiebedrijf in Eke.

In deze rol werk je met geavanceerde machines, bewaak je het productieproces en draag je actief bij aan de optimalisatie van de productielijn. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waar veiligheid, samenwerking en groei centraal staan.

Functieomschrijving

Jouw rol

  • Je bedient en stelt verschillende blaasextrusiemachines nauwkeurig af
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte opstart van de machines na weekendstilstand om productkwaliteit te garanderen
  • Je bewaakt continu de machineparameters en grijpt in waar nodig
  • Je voert kleur- en gewichtswissels uit volgens de productieplanning
  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsresultaten en spoort actief afwijkingen of problemen op
  • Je lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op, samen met de shiftleader
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen en doet voorstellen om het blaasproces te optimaliseren
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan een veilige, efficiënte werkomgeving
