Voor onze klant, een groeiend productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in filterbuizen, zijn we op zoek naar een Machine Operator in de regio Kortrijk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als machine operator werk je samen met collega's aan een deel van het productieproces:

Het takenpakket omvat:

  • Grondstoffen laden op de machines en de productiemachines bedienen
  • Productieparameters instellen volgens technische specificaties en productiewerkbonnen
  • Het correcte gietnummer (profiel en traversen) noteren op de werkbon om traceerbaarheid te garanderen
  • Productiemachines ombouwen: gereedschappen monteren en afstellen, stukken positioneren en vastzetten
  • De geproduceerde filterbuizen uit de machine halen (opwarmen in geval van conische spleetbuizen)
  • Op vraag de draadrechter bedienen en steunstaven (traversen) op maat snijden
  • De geproduceerde filterbuizen controleren (aantallen, lengte, diameter, spleet) en de gemeten waarden correct noteren op de werkbon
  • Samenwerken met collega's om efficiënte productieprocessen te garanderen
  • Fouten detecteren en melden aan de productiecoördinator
  • Technische storingen melden aan de onderhoudstechnieker
  • De werkpost steeds net en proper houden
  • Een technische opleiding of relevante werkervaring
  • Vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen en een sterk gevoel voor techniek en mechanica
  • Flexibiliteit om in ploegendienst te werken
  • Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken met oog voor veiligheid, orde en netheid
  • Een teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Oog voor detail en kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten
  • In staat zijn om preventief of correctief basisonderhoud van machines uit te voeren
  • Fouten kunnen evalueren en de nodige hernemingen uitvoeren
