Hier worden producten gemaakt met aandacht voor herhaalbaarheid, veiligheid en kwaliteitsborging. Jij stelt en bedient machines, vult grondstoffen aan en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om consistente productlevering te garanderen. Je werkt in een team met duidelijke procedures en aandacht voor arbeidsomstandigheden. De organisatie biedt interne opleidingen en certificeringen om technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen en ondersteunt doorgroei naar meer technisch georiënteerde functies, zoals procesoptimalisatie of onderhoud. Functie-inhoud - Je stelt, bedient en bewaakt rotatiegietmachines om consistente productkwaliteit te leveren. - Je stelt de machines in en vult grondstoffen aan tijdens het productieproces. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en metingen uit en rapporteert afwijkingen direct. - Je bedient en bewaakt het digitale shopfloor-systeem en ondersteunt bij procesoptimalisatie. - Je werkt samen met collega’s en de leidinggevende om storingen op te lossen en verbeteringen door te voeren. - Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en ombouwen van productieruns en draagt (deels) lijnverantwoordelijkheid. - Je voert eerste lijn onderhoud uit zoals het verhelpen van mechanische blokkades, eenvoudige afstellingen en het vervangen van vuile filters. Je schakelt technische dienst in bij complexere storingen. - Je werkt op semi-automatische rotatiegietlijnen met PLC/HMI-ondersteuning en draagt bij aan digitale registratie van kwaliteitsdata in het shopfloor-systeem. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding in een technische richting zoals Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Interesse in techniek en bereidheid om praktische vaardigheden te leren en toe te passen. - Ervaring m.
