Als Allround Operator (Pack) ben je de expert van je afvullijn en garandeer je dagelijks dat onze heerlijke (drink)yoghurtproducten met de hoogste precisie en kwaliteit worden verpakt. Je combineert operationele kennis met een hands-on technische aanpak en een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en hygiëne.

Jouw Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden

Als Operator Pack neem je het volledige eigenaarschap over jouw afvullijn.

Je takenpakket is divers en cruciaal voor ons productieproces: Procesbeheer & Optimalisatie

Je bedient de afvullijn zelfstandig, waarbij je de geldende standaarden en procedures strikt opvolgt.

Je voert machineombouw (wissels) uit in functie van product, smaak, verpakking of taal, zodat de productiestroom vlot verloopt.

Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de basiscondities van de lijn, monitort parameters met behulp van digitale tools en streeft continu naar verbetering.

Je draagt bij aan kennisdeling door het schrijven, maken en verspreiden van werkinstructies en centerlines (met ondersteuning van de Process Lead).

Kwaliteit, Hygiëne & Voedselveiligheid

Je voert geregelde kwaliteitscontroles uit op zowel het product als de verpakking en de lijn (inclusief het proeven van onze producten).

Hygiëne is een topprioriteit: je voert nauwkeurige reinigingstaken uit aan de lijn en in je directe werkomgeving om voedselveiligheid te garanderen.

Je levert stalen aan het Labo voor controle en stemt af met de ¿Make'-afdeling over de aanlevering of beëindiging van batches.

Techniek & Onderhoud

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische interventies en het oplossen van kleine storingen (bv. manipuleren van kleppen).

Je meldt defecten en voert waar mogelijk zelf herstellingen uit.

Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, zoals het smeren van de machine en andere preventieve taken.

Samenwerking & Communicatie

Je rapporteert aan de teamleader binnen de shift.

Je werkt constructief samen met het lijntrio (Line Lead, Maintenance Lead en Process Lead) tijdens dagdienst.

Je neemt actief deel aan overlegmomenten (DDS, shift handover) om de stand van zaken, problemen en afwijkingen te bespreken.

Je levert input op de dagelijkse Top-5 en maandelijkse teammeeting om het continu verbeteren van de werkomgeving te stimuleren.

¿Jouw Profiel & Vaardigheden

Wij zoeken een gemotiveerde collega met een passie voor techniek en voeding:

Technische Bekwaamheid: Je lost kleine storingen op en kan zelfstandig wissels en aanpassingen aan de lijn uitvoeren. Het bezit van een stapelaarscertificaat is een meerwaarde.

Vakkennis Voedingsindustrie: Grondige kennis van afvul- en verpakkingsprocessen, grondstoffen en additieven is een pluspunt. Inzicht in de werking van installaties en machines is noodzakelijk.

Regelgeving: Je hebt een goede kennis van de regels en voorschriften met betrekking tot hygiëne, milieu, voedsel en veiligheid.

Communicatie: Je beschikt over een goed niveau van het Nederlands (geschreven en gesproken) en bent een vlotte communicator in teamverband.

Alertheid: Je signaleert proactief afwijkingen of problemen aan je leidinggevende en via de beschikbare tools.
