Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in de procesindustrie zoeken wij een gemotiveerde Operator voor een veelzijdige rol binnen een modern productieproces. Je werkt aan één of meerdere werkstations en bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van het proces, waarbij je werkt met diverse technieken zoals mengen, persen, coaten of verpakken. Afhankelijk van je ervaring kun je doorgroeien naar allround operator of specialist op een van de werkstations. Dit ga je doen - Bedienen en instellen van machines en apparatuur - Uitvoeren van productieopdrachten volgens werkinstructies en veiligheidsregels - Signaleren en melden van afwijkingen of storingen - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige schoonmaak- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Correct registreren van gegevens en overdragen van werk aan collega’s - (Bij ervaring) begeleiden van minder ervaren collega’s

Je bent in het bezit van - Ervaring als operator of productiemedewerker (in de proces- of maakindustrie) - Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurige werkhouding - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken - Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel - Bij voorkeur een opleiding op MBO-niveau, bijvoorbeeld VAPRO B of vergelijkbaar
