Machine Operator

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als machine-operator ben jij het kloppend hart van ons terrein. Je bedient de PLC-schermen van de recyclage- en betoninstallatie en zorgt ervoor dat de productie efficiënt en van topkwaliteit verloopt. Je combineert technische kennis met praktische uitvoering:

  • Productieplanning & receptbeheer Opstellen van de productieplanning zodat bestellingen altijd op tijd geleverd worden. Invoeren van recepten in de computer met de juiste hoeveelheden, verhoudingen en mengprocessen.
  • Voorraadbeheer Monitoren van grondstoffen en eindproducten via digitale systemen. Registreren van geproduceerde hoeveelheden voor administratieve doeleinden.
  • Operationele taken & onderhoud Bunkers aanvullen indien nodig. Dagelijks zorgen voor een schone betoncentrale en een geordend terrein. Kleine technische ingrepen uitvoeren en machinestoringen signaleren.
  • Technisch inzicht & innovatie Meedenken over verbeteringen aan machines en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Technisch inzicht inzetten om processen optimaal te laten verlopen.

PROFIEL

  • Technisch aangelegd en graag “sleutelen”.
  • IT-vaardig: je kan een PLC-scherm bedienen en gegevens correct invoeren.
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Fijn in de omgang, flexibel, verantwoordelijk en respectvol.
  • Nieuwsgierig naar beton, stabilisé en magere beton, of klaar om dit te leren.
  • Een zelfstandige mentaliteit: bij ATF krijg je veel vrijheid, maar je maakt er zelf iets van.
