Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar proceskwaliteit, hygiëne en ARBO-voorschriften belangrijk zijn. Je voert operationele taken uit die betrekking hebben op het bedienen, bewaken en controleren van productielijnen. De organisatie biedt praktische opleidingsmogelijkheden op de werkvloer zodat je productkennis en technisch inzicht kunt ontwikkelen. Technologische vaardigheid en samenwerking zijn essentieel; je stemt productie-activiteiten af om orders tijdig en volgens specificatie te leveren. De functie vraagt inzet in ploegendiensten, met aandacht voor veilige werkroutines en duidelijke werkoverdracht tussen diensten. Functie-inhoud - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het juiste verloop van het sorteerproces en het optimaal laten draaien van de productielijn. - Je stelt sorteerprogramma's in op de machinecomputer en past instellingen aan op basis van productkwaliteit en klantorders. - Je bewaakt de juiste parameters en monitort de productielijn vanuit de machinekamer. - Je loopt regelmatig naar medewerkers aan de lijn om het proces bij te sturen en te optimaliseren. - Je lost technische storingen op en voert periodiek onderhoud en controles uit. - Bij complexe storingen schakel je de technische dienst in. - Je ziet toe op hygiëne- en ARBO-regels en rapporteert afwijkingen om de veiligheid te waarborgen. - Je documenteert procesgegevens en draagt voorstellen aan voor procesoptimalisatie en efficiëntieverbetering. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Ervaring met het instellen en bedienen van productiemachines of vergelijkbare automatisering in de maakindustrie. - Mechanisch inzicht en de vaardigheid kleine storingen zelfstandig op te lossen. - Ervaring met periodiek onderhoud is een pré. - Je kunt o.
