De organisatie werkt in 3 ploegendienst en zoekt operators die processen en machines kunnen bedienen, de kwaliteit kunnen waarborgen en veilig werken hoog in het vaandel hebben. Medewerkers zorgen voor het instellen van machines, het bewaken van procesparameters en het signaleren van afwijkingen zodat de productie soepel blijft verlopen. Er wordt van medewerkers verwacht dat zij volgens gestelde werk- en veiligheidsinstructies werken en afwijkingen tijdig melden aan de leiding of technische dienst. De werkomgeving vraagt om praktische inzet, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om onder begeleiding eenvoudig technisch onderhoud uit te voeren of te signaleren wanneer specialistische interventie nodig is.
