Je werkt in een middelgroot team met collega's die elkaar ondersteunen en een resultaatgerichte, collegiale sfeer creëren. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat hoogwaardige producten worden geleverd aan klanten wereldwijd. Met vaste werktijden en een duidelijke structuur weet je precies waar je aan toe bent. Wat ga je doen: - Instellen, bedienen en controleren van productiemachines; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit door visuele controles en metingen uit te voeren volgens vaste procedures; - Oplossen van kleine technische storingen en uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud aan machines; - Gereedmaken van producten voor transport en zorgen voor een nette werkplek; - Nauw samenwerken met je team om veiligheid en efficiëntie te waarborgen. Wat we je bieden - Een salaris van €3.100 - €3.600 bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag; - Een tijdelijk contract via Start People met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - Een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur in een voorspelbare 3-ploegendienst; - Reiskostenvergoeding en keuze uit wekelijkse of vierwekelijkse salarisbetaling; - Volop opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden, zoals trainingen in procesoptimalisatie, veiligheid en kwaliteit; - Een moderne, veilige werkomgeving met een collegiale en resultaatgerichte sfeer.
