Dit productiebedrijf opereert binnen de procesindustrie en specialiseert zich in het chemisch recyclen van schuimgrondstoffen tot een circulaire grondstof. De productieactiviteiten vinden plaats in Lelystad waar geautomatiseerde lijnen en procesgestuurde methodes worden toegepast om PU-schuim veilig en efficiënt te behandelen. Jij ondersteunt bij het bedienen van machines, het nemen van kwaliteitsmonsters en het beheren van voorraden grondstoffen. De werkzaamheden vragen om een goede fysieke conditie, nauwkeurigheid en een duidelijke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit. Functie-inhoud - Je begeleidt het recycle- en productieproces als Machine Operator Chemisch Recyclen. - Je bedient en bewaakt productie- en shreddermachines om foamvlokken te produceren en te verwerken. - Je neemt RePoliol-monsters en levert informatie voor productierapportages. - Je beheert voorraden grondstoffen en ondersteunt bij voorraadregistratie. - Je werkt volgens het veiligheidsbeleid en draagt bij aan een nette en veilige werkplek. - Je voert first-line onderhoud uit zoals reinigen, smeren en kleine aanpassingen, en escaleert technische storingen naar de storingsdienst of ploegleider. Functie-eisen - MBO-niveau of vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Ervaring met productiewerk in de procesindustrie. - Goede fysieke gezondheid en inzetbaarheid in ploegendienst. - Zeer nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht werken. - Flexibel en collegiaal in een ploegendienstomgeving. - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid om heftrucktraining te volgen. - Nederlands en/of Engels spreken en lezen. Wij bieden - Salaris: € 2900 - € 4800 bruto per maand (bij 40 uur). - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. - Ploegentoeslag aanwezig. - Doorgroeimogelijkheden en opleidingen. - Vrijdagmaaltijd en informele, collegiale sfeer. - Mogelijkheid tot heftrucktraining. - Trainingsbudget: €1000 per jaar vrij inzetbaar voor VAPRO, operator B/C of externe cursussen. - Reisko.
