Dit productiebedrijf is een toonaangevende drukkerij die jaarlijks 300.000 ton papier verwerkt en 60.000 drukorders realiseert. Het verzorgt oplages tot wel 30 miljoen exemplaren en levert daarmee grote aantallen drukwerkproducten voor diverse retailtoepassingen in de markt. De vestiging in Baarle-Nassau werkt met een geavanceerd machinepark en richt zich op efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie van eindproducten. Medewerkers krijgen vanaf de start begeleiding en opleiding onder begeleiding van een praktijkopleider zodat zij snel op niveau zijn en veilig kunnen werken in de productieomgeving. De organisatie werkt in een 4-ploegensysteem en biedt een ploegentoeslag van 40% voor ploegendiensten. Er is een jaarlijkse eenmalige bruto uitkering conform Grafimedia cao en er is een regeling voor reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenopbouw via PGB. Deze productieomgeving hecht waarde aan vakmanschap, samenwerking en verdere ontwikkeling van medewerkers en stimuleert interne doorgroei en scholing.

- Je stelt machines in en zorgt voor een correcte opstelling van het drukwerk volgens stapelschema's zodat de verpakkingsstraat soepel draait

- Als Operator Productie assisteer je drukkers bij voorkomende werkzaamheden en werk je samen met operators en drukkers

- Je lost kleine, praktische machinestoringen op in samenwerking met het team zodat de productie doorloopt

- Je voert controle uit op kwaliteit en afronding van producties en zorgt dat het drukwerk klaarstaat voor expeditie

Functie-eisen: - Bereidheid om te werken in een 4-ploegensysteem zoals aangegeven in de vacature

- Praktische instelling en een echte aanpakker mentaliteit

- Ervaring in de grafische sector is een pré maar geen vereiste
