Bij deze organisatie krijg je beveiligde werkplekken en begeleide inwerktrajecten voor nieuwe medewerkers. Je draagt bij aan betrouwbare productleveringen, werkt samen in kleine productieteams en denkt mee over praktische verbeteringen. De organisatie investeert in vakbekwaamheid zodat je je kunt ontwikkelen in de productieomgeving. De salarisrange voor deze functie is €2600 - €4500 per maand met standaard secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals vakantiedagen en pensioenopbouw. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt de productielijn tijdens de dagdienst. - Je stelt machines van de productielijn af om constante kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je voert regulier onderhoud uit, lost kleine storingen op en meldt grotere technische afwijkingen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op producten en vult verpakkingsmaterialen aan zodat de lijn blijft doorlopen. - Je registreert productiegegevens en ondersteunt collega’s bij logistieke handelingen en opslag. - Je bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten en afstellen van de volledige verpakkingslijn en werkt nauw samen met een klein team van operators. - Je lost eerstelijnsmechanische storingen op zoals vastgelopen producten en schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexe storingen. - Je bedient en bewaakt semi-geautomatiseerde verpakkingsmachines en transportlijnen met PLC-besturing en HMI-panelen. - Je voert visuele controles, wegingen en steekproeven uit en registreert kwaliteitsgegevens digitaal volgens hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften. - Je neemt actief deel aan toolboxmeetings, rapporteert incidenten en doet voorstellen ter verbetering van output, kwaliteit en vermindering van uitval. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbaar diploma. - Minim.
