Dit productiebedrijf is actief in de food-sector en richt zich op de verwerking en verpakking van verse producten in koelomgevingen. De organisatie bedient klanten in retail en groothandel en heeft operationele processen voor rijping, sortering en verpakking van fruit. De vestiging in Bleiswijk werkt met meerdere productielijnen waar nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsbewaking centraal staan. Jij laat de productielijn soepel draaien en houdt toezicht op de juiste herkomst en rijpheid van producten, alsook op correcte verpakking en etikettering. Er is aandacht voor praktische vaardigheden, korte communicatielijnen en een hands-on mentaliteit binnen een informeel productiebedrijf. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4500 per maand en de functie kent een 40-urige werkweek met mogelijkheden voor opleiding en ontwikkeling voor wie wil doorgroeien binnen de organisatie. Functie-inhoud - Je laat een productielijn voor rijping, sortering en verpakking van fruit soepel draaien. - Je bedient de machines, stelt ze in en bewaakt de output en productkwaliteit. - Je stuurt en coacht medewerkers aan de productielijn aan en rapporteert de prestaties aan de voorman. - Je controleert productherkomst, rijpheid en verpakkingsmateriaal en voert administratieve kwaliteitscontroles uit. - Je voert kleine onderhouds- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit en schakelt bij storingen. - Je bewaakt procesparameters via PLC/HMI, stelt recepten en parameters in, voert eerste storingsanalyse en eerste lijn onderhoud uit en escalatie naar technische dienst of voorman wanneer nodig. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator of aantoonbaar technisch inzicht en handigheid met machines. - Aantoonbare leidinggevende capaciteiten en ervaring met aansturing van productieteams. - Ervaring in de food-sector of maakindustrie is een pré. - Kwaliteitsbewust, waakzaam en stressbestendig. - Goede beheersin.
