Als Machine Operator draai je mee in de productie van spellen: je bedient en stelt productiemachines in, voert controles en kleine aanpassingen uit en zorgt dat alles schoon, geordend en veilig blijft. Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau, bent nauwkeurig, technisch ingesteld en bereid om in de hoogseizoenen in 2-ploegendienst te werken. Je ontvangt €2.777,- bruto per maand, 16% ploegentoeslag in het hoogseizoen, direct contract, en een externe GOC-opleiding. - 40 uren per week - tussen €2777 en €3200 per maand - Werving en selectie Zin om mee te bouwen aan spellen en speelgoed die mensen blij maken? In deze rol geef je productielijnen leven, werk je met moderne machines en maak je als operator écht het verschil in een vrolijke en creatieve omgeving. Als Machine Operator draai je mee in de productie van spellen. Je bedient en optimaliseert machines, zorgt dat alles soepel blijft lopen en dat elk product er netjes uitkomt. Je werkt samen met een gezellig team en elke dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen, letterlijk en figuurlijk een leuk spel. Elke dag kun je een nieuwe productie "highscore" proberen te bereiken! - Bedienen en instellen van productiemachines voor spellen en onderdelen - Kijken of alles klopt, wiebelt een doosje of zit een onderdeel scheef? - Uitvoeren van controles en kleine aanpassingen voor een foutloos eindproduct - Meedenken over verbeteringen in efficiëntie, kwaliteit of gebruiksvriendelijkheid Je komt middenin een werkplek terecht waar plezier, techniek en resultaat samenkomen. Iedereen werkt samen en dat maakt voor een plezierige sfeer. Daarnaast ontvang je ook nog eens salaris (en niet eens in Monopoly-geld, maar echte euro's).
