Dit productiebedrijf levert verpakte folies voor de food-sector, waarbij producten op maat worden vervaardigd voor klanten in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. De organisatie hanteert strikte kwaliteitseisen en werkt met gestandaardiseerde procedures om voedselveiligheid, traceerbaarheid en hygiëne te waarborgen. Medewerkers werken in een productieomgeving waarin veiligheid en naleving van voorschriften centraal staan. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt de computer gestuurde snijmachine in voor de productie van rollen folie. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens de productie. - Je bewaakt de productie en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen om stilstand te minimaliseren. - Je zorgt dat materialen en grondstoffen aanwezig zijn en vult deze aan bij de machine. - Je houdt de productiedocumentatie bij en maakt orders verzendklaar. - Je ziet toe op naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en interne procedures tijdens het productieproces. - Je produceert eindproducten en halffabricaten van kunststof folie voor voedselverpakkingen. - Je werkt op meerdere productielijnen met semi-geautomatiseerde snij- en verpakkingsmachines. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en omstellen van de eigen machine. - Je lost eerste lijns storingen zelf op; bij grotere storingen schakel je de technische dienst in. - Je voert visuele inspecties en metingen uit voor kwaliteitscontroles. - Veilig werken en deelname aan toolboxoverleggen zijn onderdeel van je werkzaamheden. - Je werkt met 2 tot 3 operators per lijn voor samenwerking bij omstellingen en storingen. - Je levert actief verbeteringen aan gericht op output en kwaliteitsverbetering. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring met machinebediening of werken in een productieomgeving is een pré. - Secuur en resultaatgericht met oog voor kwaliteit. - Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. - Heftruck- of reachtruckcertificaat is bij voorkeur aanwezig. - Affiniteit met Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) en goede computer.
