Functie-inhoud - Je stelt, bedient en bijstelt productielijnen om een stabiele productie te garanderen. - Je bedient en bewaakt machines en grijpt in bij afwijkende proceswaarden. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen aan de ploegleiding. - Je voert preventief onderhoud en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit om storingen te voorkomen. - Je analyseert steltijden en ondersteunt bij het optimaliseren van productieprocessen. - Je stelt zelfstandig productielijnen in en draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor lijnprestaties. - Je werkt met CNC-machines, persen en semi-geautomatiseerde assemblagelijnen en bedient PLC/HMI-gestuurde installaties. - Je lost kleine mechanische storingen en vastlopers op en schakelt technische service in bij complexere problemen. - Je voert visuele inspecties, metingen en monstername uit en registreert resultaten digitaal. - Je neemt actief deel aan verbeteringen gericht op outputverhoging en kwaliteitsverbetering.
