Voor een nieuwe, sterk groeiende productiesite in Lanaken zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren machine operator die mee de logistieke en productieprocessen in goede banen wil leiden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze functie combineer je operationeel werk met verantwoordelijkheid en meedenkkracht. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige productie- en logistieke proces en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol verloopt. Omdat het om een nieuwe site gaat, krijg je de kans om actief mee te bouwen aan werkmethodes, processen en optimalisaties.

  • Het opvolgen, bedienen en bijsturen van het productieproces via het besturingssysteem.
  • De organisatie en controle van de aanvoer van grondstoffen en hun correcte verwerking.
  • Het zelfstandig oplossen van eerstelijnsstoringen en het inschakelen van technische ondersteuning wanneer nodig.
  • Het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles, staalnames en het rapporteren van afwijkingen.
  • Actieve deelname aan onderhoudswerken, ombouwingen en reiniging van installaties.
  • Het signaleren van verbeterkansen op vlak van veiligheid, techniek en efficiëntie.
  • Het delen van kennis en afstemmen met collega’s en leidinggevenden binnen de productie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het team op de vloer en rapporteert aan de productieverantwoordelijke

Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring als proces- of machine operator in een productieomgeving.

Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid, maar functioneert ook sterk in team.

Je hebt een praktische, hands-on mentaliteit en voldoende technisch inzicht.

Je bent flexibel en kan omgaan met evoluerende processen en structuren.

Je bent leergierig en staat open voor opleidingen en nieuwe technologieën.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en met aandacht voor veiligheid en orde.

Je haalt voldoening uit het mee vormgeven en verbeteren van productieprocessen.
