In deze rol als Operator in de regio Krimpenerwaard werk je mee aan hoogwaardige onderdelen voor maritieme toepassingen, waar techniek, kwaliteit en jouw vakmanschap samenkomen. Je ondersteunt het productieproces van begin tot eind en zorgt dat onderdelen correct worden bewerkt, gecontroleerd en doorgegeven. Daarbij houd je overzicht, pak je eerstelijnsstoringen aan en meld je onderhoud tijdig, zodat de lijn blijft draaien. - Machinaal verspanen van onderdelen, zowel conventioneel als CNC. - Uitvoeren van stuk- en seriematige bewerkingen met één of meerdere machines. - Lezen van tekeningen, opspanschetsen, gereedschapslijsten en programma's. - Signaleren en verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen en onderhoud melden. - Controleren van producten, nulpuntinstelling en invullen van rapportages. Functie-eisen Je hebt al een stevige basis in de techniek en zoekt een plek waar je jouw nauwkeurigheid verder kunt verdiepen. In deze functie werk je gestructureerd, denk je mee in oplossingen en zorg je samen met collega's voor een constante kwaliteit. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring binnen productie, verspaning of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving. - Ervaring met conventioneel en/of CNC-gestuurd machinaal bewerken. - Kunnen lezen en toepassen van technische tekeningen en werkvoorbereidingsgegevens. - Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheidsafspraken en zorgvuldige verslaglegging. - Bereidheid om samen te werken, initiatief te tonen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
