Ben jij technisch aangelegd en wil je graag een vak leren waarin precisie, techniek en maatwerk samenkomen? Dan is dit jouw kans. Je krijgt een grondige opleiding op de werkvloer, werkt met moderne computergestuurde machines én bouwt stap voor stap aan een vaste job binnen een gespecialiseerd bedrijf.

Als Operator Buigmachine werk je mee aan het buigen van aluminium profielen voor onder andere ramen en deuren, gevelbouw en architecturale projecten. Geen seriewerk: elk project brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee.

Jouw werkdag start om 07:30 uur. Samen met je collega's bereid je de opdrachten voor, stel je de machine correct in en zorg je ervoor dat de profielen nauwkeurig volgens plan worden gebogen. Doorheen de tijd leer je steeds meer technieken en groei je door tot specialist in profielbuigen.

Jouw taken:

  • Instellen en bedienen van computergestuurde buigmachines;
  • Aluminium profielen nauwkeurig verwerken volgens technische plannen;
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op afgewerkte stukken;
  • Nieuwe technieken en werkwijzen aanleren via interne opleiding;
  • Meedenken over de beste aanpak voor specifieke projecten.
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of ervaring opgebouwd in bijvoorbeeld mechanica, carrosserie, houtbewerking of metaalbewerking;
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek en werkt graag met metaal;
  • Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit;
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en leert graag nieuwe vaardigheden bij.
