Medewerkers kunnen technische vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen en doorgroeien naar functies met meer verantwoordelijkheid. Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt de productie en kwaliteit binnen de verpakkingslijn van de ploegendienst. - Je bedient en stelt productiemachines in om opbrengst en kwaliteit te maximaliseren. - Je voert instelwerk en ombouwen uit en lost mechanische verstoppingen en eenvoudige storingen zelfstandig op. - Je voert klein onderhoud en inspecties uit en rapporteert technische afwijkingen direct aan de technische dienst. - Je draagt lijnverantwoordelijkheid tijdens jouw dienst en ondersteunt en geeft aanwijzingen aan collega-operators in de ploegendienst. - Je bewaakt veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkt volgens procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. - Je werkt zelfstandig met PLC-gestuurde verpakkingsmachines en HMI-bediening en hebt tijdens jouw dienst volledige lijnverantwoordelijkheid met ondersteuning van de technische dienst voor complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbaar diploma gewenst. - Minimaal 2 tot 5 jaar werkervaring als operator of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de maakindustrie. - Technische kennis van verpakkingsmachines en mechanische systemen. - Ervaring met instellen, ombouwen van productielijnen en het oplossen van eenvoudige storingsbeelden. - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken en 40 uur per week beschikbaar te zijn. - Nauwkeurige werkhouding en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor kwaliteit..
