Jouw uitdaging

Als Operator Recyclinginstallatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van het volledige verwerkingsproces. Je houdt de installaties nauwlettend in de gaten, grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig en efficiënt blijft draaien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bedient en bewaakt de installatie vanuit de controlekamer en op de werkvloer.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen vlot en correct verwerkt worden.
  • Je controleert de werking van de machines en stuurt het proces bij waar nodig.
  • Je signaleert en verhelpt kleine storingen en technische afwijkingen.
  • Je ondersteunt onderhoudswerkzaamheden om de installatie optimaal te laten functioneren.
  • Je registreert productiegegevens en rapporteert bijzonderheden.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een gezonde dosis technisch inzicht en houdt ervan om installaties en machines vlot te laten draaien.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en werkt graag samen met collega's op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt al ervaring met het bedienen van een kraan of bent vertrouwd met zwaar rollend materieel.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt ook in drukke situaties het overzicht.
  • Ervaring binnen een productie-, recyclage- of industriële omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
