The posting

Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Machine Steller voor onze klant in Aartselaar. Deze klant is gespecialiseerd in het in-house ontwerpen en assembleren van hoogwaardige, krachtige mechanische snijapparatuur, evenals het produceren van precisie-messen van topkwaliteit voor voedselverwerking.

Takenpakket:

  • In samenwerking met je collega's draag je bij aan een vlekkeloos verloop van onze robotgestuurde slijpmachines, die hoogwaardige precisiemessen produceren.
  • Je houdt toezicht op een optimaal functionerend geautomatiseerd productieproces en streeft ernaar meerdere machines tegelijkertijd operationeel te houden.
  • Tijdens de overgang van de productie van de messen pas je de instellingen van de robotgestuurde machines aan.
  • Bij problemen grijp je in en raadpleeg je je collega's van de onderhoudsdienst bij complexere situaties.
  • Je neemt deel aan preventief onderhoud en doet suggesties ter verbetering van de werkmethodes.

Profiel:

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd in mechanische vormgevingstechnieken of hebt een vergelijkbare ervaring opgebouwd door grondige praktijkervaring met CNC-gestuurde machines, wat niet noodzakelijk beperkt is tot de metaalsector.
  • Het lezen en begrijpen van technische tekeningen is voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse om nieuwe machines te leren kennen en op termijn zelf in te stellen.
  • Plichtsbesef en het vermogen om zelfstandig een werkvolgorde te bepalen zijn kenmerkend voor jou.
  • Problemen aanpakken schrikt je niet af; je bent proactief en ziet mogelijkheden om in te grijpen.
  • Je bent gedreven en flexibel in je aanpak.
  • Precisie, netheid en veiligheid staan hoog in het vaandel voor jou.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in spreken, lezen en begrijpen.
  • Bereidheid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken is voor jou geen bezwaar.
