In deze functie bewerk en finish je klantspecifieke onderdelen voor technisch geavanceerde industriële afsluiters. Je werkt vanaf technische tekeningen met onder andere een radiaalboormachine, lintzaag en verschillende meetmiddelen. Je ontvangt een salaris tussen €3.373,- en €3.800,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur. Je werkt zelfstandig vanaf technische tekeningen, specificaties en werkinstructies. Tijdens het werk stem je regelmatig af met collega's van productie, kwaliteit en het bedrijfsbureau. - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden vanuit technische tekeningen en specificaties - Controleren van werkstukken op materiaalafwijkingen en beschadigingen - Bepalen van de juiste werkvolgorde en bewerkingsmethode - Selecteren van gereedschappen, meetmiddelen en spanstukken - Veilig opspannen van werkstukken met verschillende hulpmiddelen - Bewerken door aftekenen, boren, tappen, steken en zagen - Afbramen, polijsten en merken van bewerkte onderdelen - Controleren van maatvoering, oppervlaktekwaliteit en merking - Onderhouden van machines en registreren van meetresultaten Zo lever je onderdelen op die maatvast, netjes afgewerkt en gereed voor de volgende productiestap zijn.
