Werk je graag zelfstandig, lees je moeiteloos technische tekeningen en heb je ervaring met conventionele verspanende bewerkingen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Functieomschrijving Als Machinebankwerker / Verspaner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen, repareren en bewerken van metalen onderdelen. Je werkt met conventionele machines en levert nauwkeurig werk van hoge kwaliteit. Je legt verantwoording af aan de Voorman Constructiewerkplaats. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van conventioneel draaiwerk en klein serie- en reparatiewerk. - Bewerken van onderdelen door middel van draaien, frezen, (mobiel) kotteren, boren, zagen en tappen. - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen. - Controleren van de maatvoering en kwaliteit van de vervaardigde onderdelen. - Onderhouden van machines, gereedschappen en de eigen werkplek. - Registreren van de gewerkte uren op de juiste ordernummers. - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. - Uitvoeren van overige werkzaamheden die binnen de functie passen. Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu (VGM) Veilig werken staat centraal. Je werkt volgens de geldende VGM-richtlijnen en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en nette werkomgeving. Dit houdt onder andere in dat je: - Zorg draagt voor orde en netheid op de werkplek. - De juiste persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) gebruikt. - (Bijna-)ongevallen en onveilige situaties meldt. - Veilig omgaat met machines, gereedschappen en hijsmiddelen. - Deelneemt aan toolboxmeetings. - Actief meedenkt over verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit.
