In de regio Meulebeke ligt er een uitstekende kans klaar om als Machinebediener vaste nacht aan de slag te gaan binnen een moderne en gestructureerde productieomgeving. Dit duurzame traject start via een interimfase die na een positieve evaluatie direct overgaat in een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Je versterkt een stabiele onderneming die investeert in een propere werkvloer met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit. Boven op een aantrekkelijk loonpakket geniet je van maaltijdcheques, een fietsleaseplan en maar liefst 12 ADV-dagen en 4 sectorale verlofdagen per jaar.

Wat ga je doen?

Als machinebediener draag jij de verantwoordelijkheid over het vlot laten draaien van onze geavanceerde inpaklijnen. Je stelt de installaties haarscherp in op basis van de productiefiches en voert zelfstandig de nodige ombouwwerkzaamheden uit. Gedurende de shift voer je nauwgezette kwaliteitscontroles uit op de verpakte goederen en stuur je bij waar nodig. Daarnaast registreer je alle nodige productie- en rendementsgegevens stipt op de computer.

Jouw vaste nachtshift loopt van maandag tot en met vrijdag (21:00 tot 05:00 uur). Om alle machines en processen grondig te leren kennen, start je traject met een intensieve inwerkperiode on the floor. Deze opleiding vindt tijdelijk plaats in een 2-ploegenstelsel (05:00-13:00 / 13:00-21:00 uur). Zodra je de knepen van het vak onder de knie hebt, wissel je definitief naar de nachtploeg om samen met een hecht, collegiaal team de dagelijkse productiedoelen te behalen.

Je bent een echte teamplayer die graag nauw samenwerkt met collega's om een mooi resultaat neer te zetten. Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid, en fysiek werk schrikt jou niet af. Je beschikt over een basiskennis van computergebruik en bij voorkeur heb je al enige ervaring opgedaan in een productieomgeving. Voor een vlotte communicatie op de werkvloer beheers je de Nederlandse of Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent bereid om de eerste periode in twee ploegen te werken voor jouw opleiding, om daarna definitief de vaste nachtploeg te versterken.
