Over het werk Als machinebediener ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de moderne verpakkingslijnen soepel en veilig blijven draaien. Je stelt de machines in, houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere verpakking aan de gestelde eisen voldoet. Tijdens je werk vul je verpakkingsmateriaal aan, los je kleine storingen op en grijp je direct in wanneer het proces daarom vraagt. Daarnaast vul je emmers met sauzen tot 25 kilogram en stapel je deze op pallets. Je werkt volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen en zorgt ervoor dat jouw werkplek netjes en georganiseerd blijft. Omdat ongeveer 80% van het productieproces geautomatiseerd is, werk je met moderne machines die overzichtelijk zijn en snel te leren. Heb je technisch inzicht en de motivatie om jezelf te ontwikkelen? Dan krijg je de kans om binnen ongeveer een half jaar door te groeien naar het zelfstandig ombouwen en afstellen van de machines. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot een allround operator.
