The posting

Als ervaren operator krijg je hier verantwoordelijkheid over de IQF-vriestunnels en het volledige productieproces rond jouw lijn. Je stelt installaties correct in, bewaakt parameters en kwaliteit en leert jouw machines door en door kennen. Bij een storing analyseer je eerst zelf het probleem en grijp je in waar mogelijk. Zo combineer je productie met technisch inzicht en krijg je een job waarin jouw ervaring echt telt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je monteert, stelt in en demonteert de productielijn volgens de juiste werkwijze.
  • Je bewaakt de parameters en zorgt ervoor dat de producten volgens recept en kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd.
  • Je voert metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert de resultaten.
  • Je leert de machines grondig kennen en staat in voor het correcte gebruik, de reiniging en het onderhoud van jouw lijn.
  • Je analyseert machinepannes en lost eenvoudige storingen zelfstandig op voordat je de technische dienst inschakelt.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiale productieomgeving waar voeding, techniek en kwaliteit samenkomen. Met een team van ongeveer 34 collega's, waarvan het grootste deel in productie werkt, zijn de communicatielijnen kort en kent iedereen elkaar. Je werkt met moderne installaties en krijgt de tijd om de machines, recepten en productkwaliteit grondig te leren kennen. Samenwerking en direct communiceren zijn belangrijk: zeggen wat je doet en doen wat je zegt. Naast opleidingen en begeleiding is er ook aandacht voor teamgevoel, met onder andere een jaarlijkse teambuilding en verschillende momenten waarop prestaties en inzet worden gewaardeerd.

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator en bij voorkeur binnen een voedingsomgeving.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en krijgt energie van het begrijpen en correct instellen van machines.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je kan zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's en zorgt voor een goede overdracht tussen ploegen.
  • Je begrijpt, leest en schrijft vlot Nederlands en/of Engels en staat open voor een 2-ploegenstelsel.
