Vanuit de locatie in Gilze worden onderdelen vervaardigd die passen binnen uiteenlopende projecten, van kleinere constructieopdrachten tot grotere utiliteitsprojecten in binnen- en buitenland. In de werkplaats staan nauwkeurigheid, veiligheid en een praktische aanpak centraal. Jij werkt met machines die profielen en strippen tot 12 meter kunnen verwerken. Je bent betrokken bij het gehele voorbewerkingsproces en krijgt ruimte voor on-the-job scholing en interne ontwikkeltrajecten. De organisatie biedt een stabiele werkomgeving binnen de maakindustrie met aandacht voor vakmanschap en samenwerking. Het salaris bedraagt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbewerking en bediening van geautomatiseerde pons- en knipsystemen. - Je bedient en stelt de CNC pons-/knipmachine in om nauwkeurige onderdelen te produceren. - Je produceert en sorteert onderdelen per werkorder en zorgt dat de onderdelen klaar zijn voor nabehandeling of assemblage. - Je beheert de voorraad stafmateriaal en verzorgt de aan- en afvoer van profielen en strippen tot 12 meter lengte. - Je controleert producten op maatvoering en kwaliteit en meldt afwijkingen zodat de productie vloeiend doorgaat. - Je ondersteunt bij overige voorkomende werkzaamheden in de werkplaats en werkt actief mee aan een veilige en efficiënte werkplek.
