Voor de functie van Machineoperator geldt een salaris tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand, daarnaast biedt de organisatie secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 25 vakantiedagen en reiskostenvergoeding. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt productie- en verpakkingslijnen in om de productieplanning en kwaliteit te realiseren. - Je voert dagelijkse controles uit en bewaakt hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen tijdens het productieproces. - Je lost storingen en kleine technische problemen op en voert preventief onderhoud uit om stilstand te beperken. - Je registreert productiegegevens nauwkeurig en rapporteert afwijkingen volgens procedures. - Je ondersteunt en instrueert nieuwe collega’s bij het inwerken en draagt bij aan verbeteringen in het productieproces als Machineoperator. - Je stelt machines zelfstandig in bij productwissels en voert eenvoudige conversies van de lijn uit wanneer nodig. - Je voert eerstelijns technische ingrepen uit zoals het verhelpen van mechanische blokkades, vervangen van slijtdelen en kleine afstellingen en schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexe elektrische storingen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit zoals visuele inspecties en steekproe.

- MBO Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Enige ervaring in een productieomgeving of met machines bedienen is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen. - Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor kwaliteit. - Bereidheid om volgens fixe dagdienst te werken en 40 uur per week in te vullen. - Basiskennis van administratieve registratie en rapportage.
