Graag bezig met machines en liever zelf bijsturen dan gewoon kijken of alles blijft draaien? Als Machineoperator beheer je een verzaaglijn en dwarszaag binnen een industriële productieomgeving. Je stelt machines in, bewaakt de kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer het proces afwijkt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt bij een stabiel productiebedrijf in Wevelgem dat isolatieproducten maakt. Binnen jouw functie ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor een vlot en correct productieproces.

• Je start de verzaaglijn op en stelt de machines correct in volgens de productieplanning

• Je verzaagt en werkt platen af volgens de opgegeven instructies

• Je regelt de machines bij wanneer dat nodig is

• Je volgt het productieproces en de kwaliteit continu op

• Je probeert uitval en stilstanden zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen of te beperken

• Je controleert de verzaagde platen en verpakte stapels volgens het controleplan

• Je neemt actie wanneer de kwaliteit niet aan de verwachtingen voldoet

• Je verwerkt de nodige productiegegevens in SAP

• Je stuurt de labelprinters aan en zorgt voor een correcte registratie

• Je houdt je werkplek ordelijk en werkt volgens de veiligheids en milieuafspraken

Je krijgt dus meer verantwoordelijkheid dan enkel materiaal invoeren en op start drukken. Je volgt je lijn zelf op en neemt beslissingen wanneer kwaliteit of productie afwijkt.
