Functie-inhoud - Je start, stelt in en bedient productiemachines. - Je controleert de productkwaliteit tijdens en na productie en verzorgt de verpakkingsafhandeling. - Je voert routinematig basisonderhoud en eenvoudige storingsdiagnoses uit en meldt technische problemen. - Je verwerkt, labelt en controleert afgewerkte producten volgens productie-instructies en kwaliteitsnormen. - Je werkt samen met collega’s om productie-, veiligheids- en efficiëntiedoelstellingen te behalen. - Je bedient en stelt CNC-, pers- en verpakkingsmachines in die PLC/HMI-gestuurd zijn binnen een semi-geautomatiseerde productielijn. - Je lost zelfstandig mechanische storingen op zoals vastgelopen onderdelen, voert eenvoudige afstellingen uit en schakelt technische dienst in bij complexere elektrische stori.

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde. - Aantoonbare ervaring in een productieomgeving of als machineoperator, ervaring met ploegendienst is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in het uitvoeren van basisonderhoud en storingsanalyse. - Nauwkeurigheid bij kwaliteitscontroles en het naleven van productiespecificaties. - Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegendienst. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht werken.
