Jij houdt toezicht op productie, kwaliteitscontrole en administratieve verwerking van geproduceerde goederen en werkt dagelijks aan het behalen van gestelde levertijden. Werken in Bladel betekent bijdragen aan productieprocessen voor zowel kleine series als grotere aantallen, met aandacht voor klantwensen en strikte levertijden. Functie-inhoud - Jij stelt machines in en voert afstellingen uit om productieorders volgens specificatie te starten. - Jij bedient en bewaakt productielijnen en signaleert afwijkingen in kwaliteit en output. - Jij voert routinematig onderhoud en kleine storingsanalyses uit om de lijn operationeel te houden. - Jij verwerkt administratieve handelingen rondom productieorders en zorgt voor correcte registratie van geproduceerde goederen. - Jij communiceert helder met collega’s en draagt aandachtspunten over tijdens dienstwissels. - Jij bouwt productieorders zelfstandig om en draagt volledige lijnverantwoordelijkheid tijdens jouw shift. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of afgeronde technische opleiding zoals Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring als machineoperator of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de maakindustrie is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en handmatige vaardigheid om machines veilig te bedienen. - Nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandige werkhouding met oog voor kwaliteitsnormen. - Bereidheid om in ochtend- en avonddiensten te werken.
