Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, stelt in en optimaliseert machines voor de productie. - Je controleert tussentijds producten op kwaliteit en neemt corrigerende acties bij afwijkingen. - Je levert afgewerkte orders correct aan het magazijn en zorgt voor een juiste overdracht volgens procedures. - Je voert eenvoudige eerste-lijns onderhoudstaken uit en signaleert complexe storingen aan de technische dienst. - Je produceert metalen eindproducten en halffabricaten voor de metaal- en maakindustrie en werkt met serie- en high-volume opdrachten. - De vestiging telt circa 120 medewerkers, verdeeld over 3 productiehallen met 4 productielijnen en doorgaans 3 operators per ploeg. - Je werkt voornamelijk op semi-geautomatiseerde en PLC-gestuurde persen, bewerkings- en assemblagelijn.

- MBO-diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar diploma. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als Machineoperator of vergelijkbare functie in een productieomgeving. - Technische vaardigheden in het instellen en bedienen van productieapparatuur. - Kwaliteitsbewust en nauwkeurig werken volgens procedures en veiligheidsregels. - Basisvaardigheden in probleemoplossing en het zelfstandig verhelpen van eenvoudige storingen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
