Jij werkt in een industriële omgeving met strikte procedures voor veiligheid en milieu. Je werkt in teams aan het produceren, assembleren en optimaliseren van onderdelen en eindproducten. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden zijn gericht op kwaliteitsborging, preventief onderhoud en het continu verbeteren van productieprocessen. De werkomgeving vraagt technische inzet, nauwkeurigheid en een hands-on mentaliteit van medewerkers. Het salaris varieert tussen €2800 en €4700 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en functie-invulling. De organisatie werkt met vaste werktijden en kan ploegendiensten bevatten afhankelijk van de productievraag. Dit is een detavast-contract voor stabiele samenwerking. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en optimaliseert productiemachines. - Jij stelt productiemachines in voor efficiënte productie. - Jij voert dagelijkse controles en kwaliteitscontroles uit om afwijkingen te corrigeren. - Jij voert preventief onderhoud uit en meldt technische storingen tijdig. - Jij stuurt productiemedewerkers aan en verdeelt werkzaamheden volgens planning. - Jij ziet toe op naleving van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften tijdens de productie. - Jij werkt in een continue, semi-geautomatiseerde productieomgeving voor halffabricaten en eindproducten op drie productie-installaties met doorgaans 2-3 operators per ploeg. - Jij lost eenvoudige mechanische storingen en verstoppingen zelfstandig op en signaleert elektrische storingen aan de technische dienst. Functie-eisen - MBO richting Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator of vergelijkbare technische functie. - Kennis van mechanische en elektrische basisstoringen en uitvoering van preventief onderhoud. - Oog voor kwaliteit en een proactieve houding bij.

- MBO richting Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator of vergelijkbare technische functie. - Kennis van mechanische en elektrische basisstoringen en uitvoering van preventief onderhoud. - Oog voor kwaliteit en een proactieve houding bij procesverbetering. - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken indien nodig.
