Moderne faciliteiten maken het mogelijk om met up-to-date productielijnen te werken en ervaring op te bouwen met diverse verpakkingsprocessen. De organisatie investeert in scholing en ontwikkeling om je kansen te bieden om door te groeien naar meer technische of leidinggevende rollen. Salarisindicatie voor deze functie is €2750 - €4500 bruto per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je stelt, bedient en controleert de verpakkingslijn. - Je stelt vouw- en plakmachines in en bewaakt procesparameters om kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je coördineert de inzet van medewerkers bij het instellen en bedienen en werkt nauw samen met de assistent operator. - Je voert dagelijkse controles uit op geproduceerde orders en zorgt voor juiste materiaalaanvoer. - Je lost kleine technische storingen op, voert preventief onderhoud uit en ondersteunt bij line clearance. - Je draagt zelfstandig full line verantwoordelijkheid bij omstellingen, voert eenvoudige mechanische aanpassingen en jam-oplossingen uit en schakelt bij complexe elektrische storingen de technische dienst in. Functie-eisen - MBO in Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als machineoperator of in een vergelijkbare functie in de maakindustrie. - Praktische kennis van mechanische en elektrische basisprincipes en storingsanalyse. - Nauwkeurig werken en snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken onder tijdsdruk. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerken in.
