Medewerkers werken in een praktische productieomgeving waarin technische vakkennis en een gestructureerde aanpak belangrijk zijn. Jij voert taken uit op de werkvloer waarbij nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en het vermogen om technische storingen op eerste lijnsniveau te signaleren en te verhelpen centraal staan. De productieomgeving vraagt om praktische oplossingen, het bedienen en instellen van machines en het volgen van werkinstructies en werktekeningen. De organisatie biedt een salarisrange van €2750 tot €4500 per maand en investeert in scholing en loopbaanontwikkeling zodat medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen binnen de maakindustrie. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor veilig werken en het verbeteren van productieprocessen door samenwerking in kleine teams en korte communicatielijnen met technische ondersteuning. Werken hier betekent dat je direct bijdraagt aan betrouwbare productlevering en een stabiele productieomgeving waarin kwaliteit en continuïteit voorop staan. Functie-inhoud - Je bereidt, stelt in en bedient snij-, zaag- en kantbankmachines en bewaakt de output. - Je voert bewerkingen uit volgens order- en werktekening en controleert halffabricaten op maat en kwaliteit. - Je stelt CNC-besturingen in en past instellingen aan voor optimale productie. - Je werkt samen met de teamleider en collega-operators om doorlooptijden te verbeteren en storingen te rapporteren. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit, lost mechanische blokkades en eenvoudige storingen op en signaleert elektrische problemen. - Je verwerkt metalen plaatwerk tot halffabricaten en eindproducten voor de metaalsector en machinebouw en bewaakt specificaties.
