Onze klant is een internationaal groeiend productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in het verwerken van dierlijke bijproducten tot hoogwaardige eiwitten en andere functionele ingrediënten voor de voedings- en diervoederindustrie.

We gaan voor hen op zoek naar een operator in 2 ploegen en ook een operator in de vaste nacht

Verloning: startloon 17.78 euro bruto per uur 1.08 euro ploegenpremie per uur in 2 ploegen of 3.20 euro ploegenpremie per uur in de vast nacht maaltijdcheques

Na een grondige opleiding, sta je zelfstandig in voor het optimaal functioneren van je afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige productieproces binnen jouw zone.

  • Je hebt volledige controle over de afdeling: van invoer van grondstoffen tot en met het verpakken van het eindproduct.
  • Met je technisch talent los je operationele problemen op en bewaak je de continuïteit van het proces.
  • Na je shift sta je in voor de ploegoverdracht, zodat je collega’s goed geïnformeerd zijn.
  • Je respecteert strikt alle hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Je staat in voor de wekelijkse reiniging van de afdeling.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in productie achter de rug als operator of je studeerde af in het middelbaar onderwijs
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht en werkt graag met geautomatiseerde machines.
  • Ervaring met heftruckwerk is een pluspunt (attest is mooi meegenomen).
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, zelfstandig en werkt vlot samen in team.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid te werken in 2 ploegen (vroege en late shift) of in de vaste nacht van 21u tot 5u.
