Jij stelt en bedient productielijnen, controleert producten op kwaliteit en verwerkt rollen en verpakkingsmateriaal. Er is aandacht voor training en begeleiding op de werkvloer, zodat jij je technische vaardigheden kunt ontwikkelen. De productielocatie biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen operationele taken en technische functies. Functie-inhoud - Jij voert rollen en verpakkingsmateriaal aan en stelt productiemachines in. - Jij bedient de machines en bewaakt het productieproces op efficiëntie en kwaliteit. - Jij verwerkt rollen op de converteermachine en legt producten klaar bij het inpakstation. - Jij ondersteunt bij het verpakken en palletiseren van producten. - Jij ondersteunt het magazijn bij het verplaatsen van materiaal en zorgt voor orde rondom de productielijn. - Jij meldt storingen tijdig en voert first-line onderhoud uit bij mechanische blokkades. - Jij registreert kwaliteitsmetingen digitaal via het PLC-HMI systeem. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting. - Enige ervaring in een productieomgeving of met productiemachines is een pré. - Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid in het instellen en bedienen van machines. - Nauwkeurigheid bij kwaliteitscontroles en procesbewaking. - Bereidheid om fysiek werk te verrichten en materiaal te verplaatsen. - Basiskennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en hygiëne binnen de productieomgeving.
