Jij krijgt toegang tot interne opleidingen en on-the-job training om je vaktechnische kennis en operationele vaardigheden te versterken. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor een veilige werkplek en het implementeren van verbeteringen in processen en werkinstructies. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en stelt productiemachines in en behaalt productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. - Jij bewaakt de productie-output en zorgt voor de correcte aanvoer van grondstoffen naar aangrenzende machines. - Jij voorkomt processtilstand en inspecteert producten tijdens en na productie. - Jij rapporteert afwijkingen aan de voorman en kwaliteitscollega's. - Jij voert preventief onderhoud uit, lost eenvoudige storingen op en levert input voor procesoptimalisatie en veiligheid. - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en omstellen van toegewezen productielijnen tijdens je dienst en draagt lijnverantwoordelijkheid voor je shift. - Jij werkt met CNC- en persmachines en PLC/HMI-gestuurde installaties, voert visuele en dimensionele controles uit en registreert resultaten digitaal i.

- MBO-diploma in Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - 0-2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving of technische dienst (junior). - Ervaring met het bedienen, omstellen en uitvoeren van basis storingsanalyses van machines. - Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitscontroles binnen de maakindustrie. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, nauwkeurigheid in administratieve taken en een praktische instelling.
