De organisatie biedt duidelijke taken voor operators en legt nadruk op technische betrouwbaarheid, ordelijke werkplekken en correcte registratie van productie- en verpakkingsgegevens. Functie-inhoud - Je bouwt om, stelt in en bedient productiemachines. - Je assembleert en stelt machines in om productieorders conform procedures uit te voeren. - Je monitort productielijnen en registreert productiecijfers en verpakkingsmaterialen. - Je signaleert afwijkingen in product of proces en voert corrigerende acties uit of overlegt met de meewerkend voorman. - Je voert eerste lijn storingswerkzaamheden uit en rapporteert complexere technische issues aan de technische dienst. - Je bedient en stelt verpakkings- en doseermachines met PLC-gestuurde HMI-panelen op semi-geautomatiseerde lijnen en voert visuele controles, gewichtsmetingen en monstername uit met digitale registratie. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau of vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het ombouwen en instellen van productiemachines. - Kennis van voedselveiligheid en ervaring met werken volgens procedures zoals FSSC 22000. - Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid bij eenvoudige storings- en ombouwwerkzaamheden. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vermogen om effectief samen te werken met collega's en leidinggevenden. - Nauwkeurigheid in registratie- en kwaliteitsbewakingswerkzaamheden. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4500 per maand. - 26 vakantiedagen op basis van 40 uur. - Shifttoeslag: aanwezig bij ploegendienst. - Groeimogelijkheden binnen een groeie.
