Als machineoperator in Oostrozebeke krijg je de kans om een technisch vak stap voor stap te leren, ervaring op te bouwen en op termijn je eigen richting te kiezen.

Wat ga je doen? Je hoeft vandaag nog geen ervaren operator te zijn. Misschien heb je al wat productie-ervaring, misschien kom je recht van de schoolbanken of ben je gewoon klaar voor een nieuwe technische uitdaging. Zolang je graag bezig bent en nieuwe dingen snel oppikt, krijg je hier de kans om erin te groeien.

Je leert werken met computergestuurde machines en ontdekt gaandeweg hoe je het productieproces steeds beter onder controle krijgt.

Jouw taken:

  • Je stelt computergestuurde machines correct in
  • Je volgt het productieproces op en grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is
  • Je controleert het eindproduct op kwaliteit
  • Je stuurt parameters bij om het proces optimaal te laten verlopen
  • Je verpakt producten wanneer dit binnen de productieflow past
  • Je merkt afwijkingen op en zoekt mee naar een oplossing
  • Je denkt mee over manieren om het werk efficiënter te maken
  • Je werkt samen met collega's en leert steeds meer over de machines waarmee je werkt

Het fijne aan deze job? Je leert niet alleen hoe een machine werkt, maar ook waarom een productieproces op een bepaalde manier verloopt. Die kennis bouw je dag na dag verder uit.

Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Misschien breng je al technische ervaring mee vanuit een andere job. Misschien heb je vooral veel interesse in techniek. In beide gevallen krijg je hier de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
