Wij zoeken een machineoperator voor onze platenlaser!

Als machineoperator bij Van Eycken Metal Construction ben je verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig en efficiënt bedienen van onze platenlasermachine. Je zorgt ervoor dat diverse metaalonderdelen volgens specificaties en tekeningen worden vervaardigd. Je draagt bij aan het leveren van hoogwaardige eindproducten en speelt een cruciale rol in het behoud van onze uitstekende reputatie op het gebied van kwaliteit en vakmanschap. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat projectdeadlines worden nageleefd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bediening en instelling: bedienen en nauwkeurig instellen van onze platenlasermachine volgens technische specificaties.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: controleren van de kwaliteit van geproduceerde onderdelen en zorgen voor naleving van de vastgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Onderhoud: uitvoeren van regelmatig onderhoud en schoonmaken van de machines en werkruimte om optimale werking te garanderen.
  • Probleemoplossing: identificeren en rapporteren van technische storingen.
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften: handhaven van veiligheidsnormen en procedures om een veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.
  • Samenwerking: effectief communiceren en samenwerken met teamleden en andere afdelingen om een vlotte productiestroom te garanderen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Technische vaardigheden: je bent bekend met lasertechnologie en beschikt over het vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.
  • Precisie en detailgerichtheid: je beschikt over een hoog niveau van nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor detail bij het uitvoeren van taken.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: je hebt het vermogen om technische problemen snel en effectief op te lossen.
  • Communicatievaardigheden: je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan samenwerken met collega’s.
  • Bereidheid om met de late shift te werken: van maandag tot en met donderdag werk je van 14u tot 21u30 en op vrijdag van 12u tot 19u30.
