Als Machineoperator aan onze profileerlijn (2 ploegen) zorg je niet alleen voor de aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen en producten, maar stel je de machine ook correct en nauwkeurig in. Dankzij jouw technische inzicht worden onze profielen geproduceerd volgens de juiste specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen. Klinkt dat als jouw ding? Ide-aal!

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je vraagt productieorders op in MII en stuurt de gewenste aantallen en lengtes correct door naar de machine.
  • Je maakt de nodige registraties in MII/SAP en bevestigt wat geproduceerd werd.
  • Je voert voorgeschreven metingen uit, vergelijkt deze met de toleranties en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je stelt de machine correct in om een kwalitatief eindproduct te garanderen.
  • Je verpakt de afgewerkte producten volgens de geldende verpakkingsinstructies.
  • Je voert de producten af met rolbrug of heftruck en zorgt voor correcte scanning en registratie.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de richtlijnen rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en netheid.

Wat voor iemand zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je kan met een heftruck werken; een heftruckattest is een plus
  • Ervaring met een rolbrug is mooi meegenomen
  • Je werkt veilig en kwaliteitsbewust
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je machine en output
