Ben jij technisch sterk, hands-on en pas tevreden wanneer een probleem écht opgelost is? Hou je ervan om tussen de machines te staan én tegelijk na te denken over hoe processen slimmer, betrouwbaarder en efficiënter kunnen? Dan is deze uitdaging als Technisch Verantwoordelijke misschien precies wat je zoekt.

Je komt terecht in een groeiend productiebedrijf in Houthalen, gespecialiseerd in stalen oplossingen voor self-storage. Vanuit de productiesite worden opslagunits geproduceerd voor projecten in binnen- en buitenland.

De productieomgeving bestaat uit verschillende metaalbewerkings- en assemblageprocessen, met een uitgebreid machinepark van onder andere lasersnijmachines, plooibanken, ponsmachines, profileerlijnen, een lasrobot en een geautomatiseerde robotassemblagecel.

Jouw takenpakket: - Plannen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van preventief en correctief onderhoud - Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische, mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische storingen - Onderzoeken van terugkerende storingen en achterhalen van de root cause - Bewaken van de beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van het machinepark - Inschakelen en opvolgen van externe techniekers, machineleveranciers en technische partners - Begeleiden van installatie, indienststelling en opstart van nieuwe machines - Beheren van spare parts, technische documentatie, tooling en handgereedschappen - Standaardiseren en optimaliseren van machines, tooling en werkmethodes - Opsporen van verbeterkansen rond efficiëntie, cyclustijden, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid - Begeleiden van technische verbeterprojecten van analyse tot implementatie - Vaardigheden: Een echte hands-on mentaliteit en graag aanwezig op de productievloer Sterk in het systematisch analyseren van technische problemen en zoeken naar structurele oplossingen Zelfstandig, proactief en in staat om de juiste prioriteiten te bepalen Voldoende technische bagage om leveranciers en externe partners inhoudelijk aan te sturen Een gezonde interesse in automatisering, robotica en process engineering

- Opleidingsvereisten: Een sterke elektromechanische basis gecombineerd met ervaring met industriële machines

- Vakkennis: Goede kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en hydraulica Vlot in het lezen en interpreteren van technische en elektrische schema's Ervaring met Siemens PLC/TIA Portal en KUKA-robots is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste

- Talenkennis: Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Andere talen zijn een sterke troef.
