FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een gevestigde waarde binnen de techniek zoeken we nog een Machinesteller in 2 ploegen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Zorg dragen voor de optimale werking van de uiteenlopende productielijnen in onze verpakkingsafdeling
  • Instaan voor het ombouwen en instellen van diverse (vol)automatische en hoogtechnologische verpakkingslijnen en individuele machines, voornamelijk PLC-gestuurd
  • Diagnose stellen bij storingen en voert herstellingen uit
  • Meewerken aan onderhoud, technische aanpassingen en revisies
  • Je doet dit met oog voor de veiligheid van de medewerkers en voor de kwaliteit van de productie

PROFIEL Wat verwachten wij:

  • Je bent technisch geschoold (minimaal TSO/A2 mechanica, elektromechanica of gelijkaardig) en je hebt een uitstekend technisch inzicht in elektriciteit, pneumatica en mechanica
  • Basiskennis van automatisatie en PLC en ervaring met (basis) draaien, frezen en lassen is meegenomen
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is zeker een pluspunt, maar geen must
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig werken als functioneren in een team
  • Je werkt in een tweeploegenstelsel en bent bereid om zo nodig jouw deel te doen in een eventuele nachtshift
