The posting

Voor onze klant, een familiale KMO gelegen te Sint-Amands, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren machine steller.

Dagelijks maken zij met een team van gepassioneerde specialisten vouwkartonnen verpakkingen in alle vormen en maten.

Momenteel zijn ze op zoek naar versterking voor de vouwplak afdeling.

Je komt terecht in modern machinepark, de ideale plek voor een gedreven persoon die geen uitdaging uit de weg gaat.

Dit is jouw takenpakket:

  • De productverpakking (waterdichtheid, gewicht, temperatuur, ...) controleren
  • De werkpost voorzien van materiaal en producten of de bevoorrading controleren-
  • Gegevens voor productie- en verpakkingsopvolging registreren
  • Het uitzicht van een product controleren
  • Toezicht houden op de werking van de verpakkingsmachine of -lijn en de controleapparatuur
  • Aanpassingen doorvoeren in geval van afwijkingen
  • Een lijnopruiming uitvoeren
  • Storingen aan de machines en toestellen identificeren
  • Eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren indien nodig
  • Machines en apparatuur instellen en afstellen (snelheid, afmetingen van de film, configuratie van de lijn, ...)
  • Preventief of correctief basisonderhoud van machines of uitrustingen uitvoeren
  • De netheid van de apparatuur (vulmachines, zakverpakking, etiketteren, ...) en van het materiaal controleren en onderhouden
  • Controleren of de installaties werken en veilig zijn
