In het kort: Injection Point in Moergestel zoekt een machinesteller spuitgieter (medior) met 2 tot 7 jaar ervaring. Je werkt uitsluitend in dagdienst (geen nachten of wisselende roosters) aan matrijswissels en onderhoud, en bewaakt daarbij de kwaliteit van de productie, samen met een team van 6 collega's. Een dag als machinesteller spuitgieter bij Injection Point 7:00 uur: de dag begint Om 7:00 uur staan de machines aan en sta jij er klaar voor: koffie op, goede zin. Precies waar jij zelf gisteren gebleven bent: 's nachts draaien ze zelfstandig door als dat nodig is, dus je begint niet bij nul. Matrijswissel, onderhoud en kwaliteitscontrole Vandaag staat er een matrijswissel op de planning: een van je kerntaken, samen met het onderhoud aan matrijzen en machines. Je bouwt de matrijs om en stelt de machine in, waarna je meedraait bij het proefspuiten: kijken of het nieuwe product er goed uitkomt. Na de ombouw mag je ook nog met de robot spelen en die afstellen op het nieuwe product. Ook bewaak je tussendoor de kwaliteit van de lopende productie: klopt het, of wijkt er iets af? Dan grijp je meteen in. Storingen en samenwerken op de vloer Krijg je een storing niet meteen te pakken, dan loop je naar de technisch manager. Negen van de tien keer loopt hij toch gewoon mee naar de machine om het samen uit te zoeken, want bureaucratie of wachten op een ticket ken je hier niet. De rest van de dag werk je naast je collega's op de vloer. Iemand zit vast bij een productie, jij springt bij. Het magazijn moet gevuld, jij helpt mee.
