Als Machining Operator werk je aan precisieonderdelen voor de maritieme sector, in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, techniek en betrouwbaarheid samenkomen en jouw werk direct zichtbaar is in het eindresultaat. In deze functie bewerk je onderdelen machinaal en zorg je dat ze volledig gereed zijn voor montage. Je leest tekeningen, controleert maatvoering en werkt nauwkeurig volgens de geldende normen en procedures. Daarbij houd je overzicht, denk je vooruit en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor een strak proces en een betrouwbaar product. - Je voert conventionele en CNC- verspanende bewerkingen uit aan losse onderdelen en seriewerk. - Je leest technische tekeningen, opspanschetsen, gereedschapslijsten en werkvoorbereidingsgegevens. - Je controleert nulpunten, maatvoering en kwaliteit volgens ISO-richtlijnen. - Je vult maatrapporten en registraties zoals NCR en CIP zorgvuldig in. - Je werkt samen met collega's en pakt waar nodig extra taken op binnen de productieomgeving. Jij bent iemand die met precisie werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en techniek echt begrijpt. Je schakelt soepel tussen taken, bewaakt de kwaliteit van je werk en draagt bij aan een productieproces dat staat als een huis.
