Elke regio heeft eigen machinisten en materieel, maar we ondersteunen elkaar als er extra werk is. Onze opdrachten komen van gemeenten, woningcorporaties en provincies. We onderhouden bermen, grasvelden, parken en watergangen en zorgen dat alles volgens afspraak verloopt. Bij ons is iedereen welkom, van ervaren machinist tot starter. We leren je het vak op de werkvloer en zorgen dat je veilig en zelfstandig aan de slag kan. Machinisten vormen het hart van het team en stemmen voortdurend af over projecten en materieel. De Baan In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het machinaal onderhoud van bermen, parken, grasvelden en watergangen. Jij bestuurt de trekker of maaimachine en zorgt dat het werk vooruitgaat. Je bent zelfstandig op de machine, maar werkt samen met een ploeg en stemt af met de voorman. Zo verloopt alles soepel en veilig, ook op drukke locaties. Ervaring is welkom, maar niet verplicht. Wie nieuw is in het vak krijgt begeleiding en leert op de werkvloer hoe hij of zij de machine optimaal inzet. Het fijne van deze baan? Je ziet elke dag direct resultaat van je werk en je weet dat jouw inzet essentieel is voor het team en de opdrachtgever.
