Elke regio heeft eigen machinisten en materieel, maar bij drukte helpen we elkaar bij projecten. Onze klanten zijn gemeenten, provincies en terreinbeheerders. Dat betekent dat we zowel grote oppervlaktes als kleinere openbare ruimten onderhouden. Onze focus ligt op betrouwbare uitvoering en het netjes afleveren van elk project. Binnen het bedrijf werken we in teams. Machinisten zijn het hart van die teams. We stemmen samen af welke machines nodig zijn, hoe routes verdeeld worden en hoe projecten verlopen. Zo blijft het werk gestructureerd en overzichtelijk. De Baan In deze functie ben jij de machinist die het werk laat lopen. Jij rijdt de machines die onze projecten mogelijk maken, van bermen langs wegen tot parken en watergangen. Je werkt zelfstandig op de machine, maar er is altijd een ploeg om je heen voor handwerk en veiligheid. We overleggen kort met de voorman als dat nodig is. Heb je nog weinig ervaring? Geen probleem. We zorgen voor begeleiding en instructie zodat je snel vertrouwd raakt met het materieel en de routes. Bij ons draait het om samenwerken, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en het werk zien gebeuren. Zo voel je je snel onderdeel van het team. Functie Eisen - Fijn als je een rijbewijs B hebt, nog fijner als je rijbewijs BE hebt. - Je bent bekend met het werken met hand en machinaal (tuin)gereedschap en het besturen van machines; - Vakwerk, vakwerk, en nog eens vakwerk, want je houdt van het aanleggen en onderhouden van buitenruimtes of exclusieve tuinen; - VCA Basis (cursus), niet direct nodig maar mocht je hem willen halen is dat mogelijk; - Je hebt een vurige passie voor het groenvak / buitenwerk (hoewel bomen knuffelen misschien net iets te veel van het goede is); - Je spreekt de Nederlandse ta...
